2nd ICNLSP (2018) : Welcome
Welcome to ICNLSP 2018, an IEEE technically co-sponsored conference and the second edition of the International Conference on Natural Language and Speech Processing. The first edition ICNLSP 2015 was held in Algiers on October 2015. ICNLSP 2018 is an opportunity and a forum for researchers and students to exchange ideas and discuss research. ICNLSP 2018 offers opportunity to take advantage of valuable keynotes delivered by scholars in the field to shed light on the state of the art and the latest developments.
The accepted papers will be published in the ICNLSP proceedings with ISBN and will be included in the IEEExplore digital library.
Extended versions of the selected papers will be submitted to a dedicated special issue on Natural Language and Speech Processing of Open Computer Science Journal. Open Computer Science journal is indexed in Web of Science, Emerging Sources Citation Index, DBLP, etc.
A subset of the selected papers will be considered for publication in ACM Transactions on Asian and Low-Resource Language Information Processing (TALLIP) which is indexed in SCOPUS.
